I specialised in tax quite early on in my career, having developed a love of all things tax during my “Big 4” training. I have a wealth of experience in all aspects of tax with particular expertise in Trusts and IHT advice. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
I run my own practice along with my Co-Director, Charlotte Pook, and our dedicated team. From our offices in Wolverhampton in the West Midlands we provide services to clients locally, nationally and internationally.
As well as looking after our diverse portfolio of clients which include car enthusiasts, engineers, landlords and many others we carry out tax consultancy work for other accountants.
I am a Director of a local Academy; I sit on the Wolverhampton Economic Growth Board and I Chair a local networking group which attracts approximately fifty business ladies. I also attend various other networking groups.
When not nurturing my mind by learning and sharing tax knowledge I keep fit by marathon training. The planning, training and mental focus required compliments the attributes of a tax accountant – if at the very least providing a clear head for battling with HMRC!
